About The Role

As our Business Operations Specialist, you will be a key driver in ensuring Coinmerce can scale efficiently and execute its most critical priorities. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff (CoS), you'll operate as an internal consultant and problem-solver, tackling complex, open-ended business problems and leading high-impact strategic projects from conception to completion.

This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, sharp analytical skills, and hands-on execution across global expansion, product launches, and operational excellence. You will directly contribute to achieving our company's strategic goals by identifying bottlenecks and designing solutions that support our growth at scale.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Execution & Project Management

• Lead end-to-end project management for top business priorities, including identifying opportunities, clearly scoping the work, and driving rapid, cross-functional implementation.
• Execute on Coinmerce Group's global expansion strategy across operations, products, and new market entry.
• Navigate open-ended problems, defining the core challenge and developing and implementing effective, practical solutions.

Operational Excellence & Improvement

• Partner with the CoS to tackle problems in daily operations and via high-priority special projects.
• Design and implement process improvements and new workflows, with a specific focus on optimizing operations for scale.
• Create and maintain essential organizational tools, workflows, and documentation for key business processes.

Analysis & Reporting

• Develop data-driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large, complex data sets to guide decision-making.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify new trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
• Support company-wide strategic goal setting and performance management frameworks.

Experience:

• 2 - 4 years of high-performance experience in a relevant field such as consulting, business operations, revenue operations, venture capital (VC), or a fast-paced start-up/scale-up environment.
• A solid track record of achievement, demonstrated by quantifiable business impact, quickly assumed responsibilities, or competitive recognition.
• Strong foundation in analytical thinking and the ability to effectively manipulate and synthesize data to derive actionable insights.
• Proven ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into smaller, manageable, and actionable solution steps.

Skills

• Extremely driven and ambitious with a proactive, "owner" mindset.
• A quick learner with the ability to adapt easily to a fast-paced, high-change environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of clearly presenting complex findings to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, advanced Excel/Sheets).
• A passion for crypto. 
• Experience in building consumer or business-facing products, where you've had to consider customer experience and growth loops.
• Natural interest in working with AI/machine learning applications.
• Experience working in multiple countries, cultures, or international settings.
