What You'Ll Do...
The Finance Master Data team ensures the accuracy, consistency, and governance of critical master data associated with external and internal financial reporting by creating a single, trusted source of truth globally. We manage master data creation, changes, lifecycle management, data integration, cleansing, and standardization processes to improve data quality, accessibility, and decision making across systems and teams globally.

We are a one-stop shop for all mission-critical services that are both high-quality and low-cost. Our team is responsible for a variety of priorities, including solving complex problems for all of our stakeholders across the board by providing world-class services such as Source to Contract, Procure to Pay for Goods Not for Resale, Business Intelligence & Robotic Process Automation, Networking, and Pre & Post Payment Audits.
What you'll do:
- SOX and Governance: Understand various master data and compliance processes to identify the required controls based on risk. Coordinate with the GIC and Audit teams where required.
- Master Data Controls Monitoring: Oversee and monitor master data controls to maintain data integrity.
- Master Data and Compliance Project Management: Support and collaborate on the implementation of key business initiatives globally from a master data and compliance perspective.
- Guidance and Support: Provide expert guidance and support to business units regarding master data and compliance processes.
- Financial Master Data Reconciliation and Reporting: Conduct financial master data reconciliation and generate accurate reports and metrics.
- Data Research: Perform data research within systems to support business needs and ensure data quality.
- Execute and Validate: Review and approve requests and validate across systems
What You'Ll Bring:
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in managing data.
- Influence and Communication: Effective at influencing stakeholders and clearly communicating complex information.
- ERP & Consolidation Systems Knowledge: Proficient with ERP systems & financial consolidation systems.
- Database Management: Skilled in handling various databases, including cloud sources.
- Process Controls & Governance: In-depth understanding and value add of process controls and governance.
- 8-15 years of relevant field experience is highly preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Computer Science, Data Architecture, or related field and 3 years' experience in in data stewardship, data management, database administration,
data analytics, or related field.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
