• Base salary range for Customer Fulfillment Specialist is between $50,000 - 58,000 CAD annually, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. 

At our facility in St-Bruno you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging team as the Customer Fulfillment Specialist:

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders either directly from customers or sales representatives
• Handle customer complaints and/or questions and follow up with appropriate internal personnel (Lab, Production, Purchasing, Accounting) as required.
• Maintain customer files ensuring contact and order information is kept up to date
• Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with shipping and production to ensure orders are delivered on time
• Serve as the initial point of contact when new customers call to request information and forward the customer to the Area Sales Representative where required

You too, put forward your strengths: 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, word, Excel and SAP
• 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with rigor and minimal supervision
• Team-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high service standards
• Dynamic and engaged attitude, with a strong sense of collaboration
• Fluent in both French and English, enabling you to communicate effectively with clients, our business units, and partners across Québec, English-speaking provinces, and the United States
