Your Next Role
This is a defining leadership role at Acclaro. As our Marketing Director, you’ll shape and scale a global marketing function that connects our mission with markets across the world. You’ll lead with vision, and execute with vigor, crafting brand stories, demand engines, and go-to-market strategies that fuel our next stage of growth.

What You’Ll Do
- Lead global marketing strategy, driving brand visibility, market expansion, and pipeline growth.
- Build and execute integrated campaigns that align with Sales and Product, tailored to diverse regions and buyer personas.
- Own demand generation across paid, owned, and earned channels, continuously optimizing for ROI and scale.
- Partner with Sales and Product to define and deliver GTM strategies for launches and market expansion.
- Roll up your sleeves to create sales enablement assets—pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies—and lead content development.
- Manage and grow a flexible team of freelancers, agencies, and internal contributors to scale execution.
- Use AI and automation tools to streamline content creation, targeting, and campaign management.
- Own marketing analytics and reporting, tracking KPIs, optimizing performance, and communicating results clearly.
- Establish best practices, tools, and processes to evolve Marketing into a high-performing, strategic function.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU
- Have 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing within SaaS, tech, or globally scaled companies..
- Hold a bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience.
- Balance strategy and execution, you love building plans and getting hands-on to deliver results.
- Are data-driven and fluent in modern martech: HubSpot, CMS platforms, analytics, automation tools, and AI.
- Thrive in high-growth environments and know how to build a function from the ground up.
- Are a strong storyteller who can shape compelling narratives across touchpoints and channels.
- Collaborate naturally across departments and time zones, and are energized by leading globally distributed teams.

- Are multilingual or have worked extensively in international teams.
- Bring experience building a marketing function from early-stage to scaled maturity.
