The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.

Your new responsibilities

• Provide line support for equipment setup, recovery & corrective maintenance to meet KPIs defined in the Litho department.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and complete PM documentation as required.
• Able to Perform intermediate machine troubleshooting. Knowledge to litho tools (Canon, SVS, Suess, DNS, Tel or Scanner) is a must.
• Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol.
• Support the Tools setup, installation & qualification.
• Plan & execute projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiencies (Speed/Cost/Quality).
• Support process team for evaluation & process verification.
• Able to work in rotating shift pattern.

What we look for

• Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronics, Production Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working experience in Lithography in coat, exposure, develop and related field.
• Lithography equipment- Advance; Schematic Diagram -Advance; Robot arm -Basic; Sensors- Basic
• Fluent in English & Malay language (verbal & writing)
