Your New Responsibilities

• Responsible for internal & external quality related topic inclusive production/customer audit, customer complaint, PPCM, risk assessment, special clearance, shipment halt, RMA disposition.
• Early involvement in new product introduction to mass production mode.
• To govern internal / external customer complain cases.
• To support and participate in verification and effectiveness of improvement activities.
• To be the project leader to lead quality improvement projects.
• Conduct routine IPA / LPA audit and govern MSA practice in the respective area.
• Govern deviation management in shopfloor to ensure the risk assessment of affected materials are fully understood and disposed.
• Govern SPC compliance to ensure CTQ/CTQ meeting the Cpk targets.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• Good knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process and FE technology.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, MSA, 8D and SPC tools, statistical knowledge.
• Experience in project management would be added advantage.
• Ability to demonstrate a methodical and logical approach in problem solving analysis.
• Good verbal in English, Chinese & Bahasa Melayu.
