What You’Ll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages for client services
- Assess needs and arrange services/benefits based on policy coverage
- Coordinate with service partners and internal teams to resolve cases
- Document all conversations, actions, and outcomes in the case system
- Collaborate within the team to ensure seamless, end-to-end case handling
- Handle ad hoc tasks to support Assistance Operations as needed
What You’Ll Bring
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1+ years’ experience in client-facing or coordination roles (e.g., customer service, provider liaison, account/claims support, operations); fresh graduates welcome.
- Advantage: background in insurance, medical, or travel assistance
- Strong English (written and spoken); Mandarin and Chinese dialects are a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Able to work rotating shifts across 7 days (07:00–22:00), including weekends and public holidays.
- Customer-focused, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
