About Aerones
Aerones builds intelligent robotic systems and software that extend the life of wind turbines and make renewable energy operations predictable, efficient, and data-driven. Our robots perform inspection, maintenance, and repair services on thousands of turbines worldwide, generating one of the largest wind asset datasets in the industry.
Our Enterprise Customer Experience team turns this data into insight and foresight — giving customers a transparent, intelligent view of their fleet’s health and empowering them to shift from reactive to preventive maintenance.
Role Summary
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the Aerones predictive maintenance and workorder execution digital solution — the core interface through which global wind asset owners, operators, and OEMs experience Aerones.
You’ll shape how our enterprise customers see, understand, and act on turbine health data — transforming millions of inspection and repair data points into predictive intelligence and clear business decisions.
This is a rare opportunity to build a customer-facing platform that will redefine how the wind industry manages risk, performance, and lifetime value of assets.
What You’Ll Own
- Define and execute the multi-year product strategy for the Aerones Client Portal a.k.a. Wind Turbine Performance Hub ecosystem — including inspection data visualization, workorder workflows, and predictive maintenance intelligence.
- Partner with enterprise clients (OEMs, operators, asset managers) to deeply understand their decision workflows, and turn those insights into powerful, intuitive digital experiences.
- Lead the evolution of the Wind Turbine Performance Hub — from inspection review to actionable risk forecasting and repair prioritization.
- Connect data and decisions by integrating inspection, repair, and sensor data into coherent fleet-level analytics and ROI forecasting tools.
- Design for trust and clarity — build reporting, benchmarking, and collaboration features that become a daily part of our clients’ operational rhythm.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data, design, and service product teams to align on shared outcomes and deliver measurable impact.
- Establish clear impact metrics: customer adoption, decision latency, anomaly resolution rates, and ROI realized from preventive actions.
What Success Looks Like
- The Aerones Wind Turbine Performance Hub becomes the single source of truth for enterprise customers to manage fleet health and maintenance priorities.
- Customers actively use the Wind Turbine Performance Hub for daily operations and strategic planning.
- Preventive maintenance decisions increase measurably, reducing downtime and repair costs.
- High customer satisfaction and trust in Aerones as a data partner — not just a service provider.
- Scalable platform foundations that enable new data products and predictive capabilities.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise or B2B SaaS products — ideally customer-facing tools, data platforms, or analytics products.
- Proven success working with enterprise customers and managing complex stakeholder ecosystems.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical and data insights into usable customer experiences.
- Experience with data visualization, analytics platforms, or decision support systems.
- Demonstrated skill in building clarity from ambiguity — synthesizing user feedback, data signals, and business needs into coherent roadmaps.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills — you can influence through clear narratives backed by evidence.
- Experience in agile, cross-functional environments with engineering, data science, and design teams.
Good-To-Have
- Background in renewable energy, industrial tech, or data-heavy service industries.
- Experience with predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, or asset management systems.
- Familiarity with geospatial visualization, image analysis, or machine vision data.
- Understanding of customer success or enterprise onboarding in B2B SaaS environments.
What We Offer
- High-impact ownership in a mission-driven company transforming how renewable energy assets are managed.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across robotics, AI, and customer success.
- Competitive compensation and equity options.
- Large office, based in Riga, with global exposure and collaboration.
- Dedicated learning budget, personal growth focus, and regular strategic off-sites.
Why Join
- You’ll help define how the world’s largest wind operators see their assets — not just as static machines, but as living systems whose health and value can be predicted, protected, and optimized.
- If you thrive on complex challenges, enterprise impact, and building tools that change how industries think — this is your platform.
How To Apply
- Send your CV and a short note describing a product you’ve built that helped enterprise users make better decisions with data.
