Job Description

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the sub-stream “Testing & Migration” in the global Successfactors employee central implementation project
• Create an overall test & migration strategy
• Define test cases / scenarios
• Configure migration and test automation tools  
• Conduct user acceptance test from business perspective
• Consult on best practice test management

Qualifications

Experience

• You have lead Employee Central implementations on large scale (5k+ users) in international multi-country approaches
• You have designed test & migration strategies

• English (mandatory), German (optional)
• Vendor Management

Languages

• English – Upper intermediate (B2)
• German (Advantage) – Upper intermediate (B2)

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1800 € /brutto.
