Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Crane Operator to join our team here in Erie, PA. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating the crane to lift, move, position, and place materials safely and efficiently throughout the yard.  

What You’Re Responsible For:

• Safely operating a crane to load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring proper weight distribution 
• Lifting and transporting metal materials using attachments such as magnets or grapples 
• Collaborating and communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and other personnel in the yard 
• Conducting pre and post inspections of the crane, including overall crane maintenance 
• You may be asked to operate the following heavy equipment: Crane, Shear, Loader 
• You have a valid Crane Operator certification

Qualifications

To Join Our Team:

• You have minimum of 1 years of experience operating a crane in a heavy industrial setting 
• You have strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately position and handle different types of materials  
• You have a solid understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to crane operation and material handling 
• You have familiarity with various crane attachments, such as magnets or grapples
