The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely operating Company vans while transporting our guests and owners attending a sales presentation on property. The Shuttle Driver is to ensure they are creating customer delight in every interaction and exceeding expectations on customer service.

Essential Duties And Tasks:

• Operate company vans to maintain any specific transportation routes on property as well as the designated drop off/pick up locations, always maintaining the safety of our guests and owners.
• Assisting guests in and out of the van.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the vans and assist the engineering team in periodic general maintenance of all transportation vehicles and report any major maintenance needs to engineering as required.
• Handle potential inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints in a professional and positive manner.
• Displays a passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all passengers.

Education And/Or Experience

• Previous shuttle bus driving and/or bell person experience id highly preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• A valid driver’s license is required. 

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have current and valid driver license and a minimum of 4 years driving experience transporting passengers.
• Must meet company required motor vehicle policy standards.
• Must have excellent verbal skills and ability to professionally communicate with the guests and owners.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
• Must feel comfortable working outdoors in sometimes extreme temperatures.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
