Web Designer

CVVC Global Report and CB Insights names AMINA Bank as Top 50 Companies within the blockchain ecosystem.We’re looking for an experienced Web Designer to join our growing product design team and support our Marketing department in creating visually stunning websites and landing pages for AMINA offices across Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. You’ll work closely with the Head of Product Design, collaborate within the design team, and partner with a frontend developer based in Mumbai to bring high-impact digital experiences to life.

Design and deliver aesthetically refined, responsive websites and landing pages that reflect AMINA’s brand and values.

Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate campaign goals into engaging web experiences.

Work closely with the frontend developer to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and performance optimization.

Apply SEO best practices to maximize visibility and reach.

Use analytics tools to monitor performance and iterate on design for conversion and engagement.

Perform usability tests to increase engagement and optimize for conversion, retention, and overall user satisfaction.

Maintain consistency across design systems and brand guidelines.

Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality output.

Optimize user experience through thoughtful layout, typography, and interaction design.

Understand crypto and banking concepts to design contextually relevant and user-friendly interfaces.

Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate our digital presence.

Financial, crypto or blockchain knowledge 

3–5 years of experience in web design, preferably in fintech, crypto, or blockchain environments.

Strong portfolio showcasing responsive websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.

Proficiency in Figma for design and Framer for prototyping (Framer experience is a plus).

Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and how design translates to code.

Experience collaborating with developers and marketing teams.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and SEO-friendly design practices.

Familiarity with analytics tools to inform design decisions.

Excellent aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). 

Bonus Skills

• Animation and micro-interaction design (e.g., Lottie, After Effects).
• Framer for prototyping (Framer experience is a plus).
• Experience with localization and multi-language web design.
• Understanding of design heuristics and UX principles.
