Job Description

• Ensure that paint shop operations run in accordance with the production plan.
• Maintain a safe working environment, report immediate HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) nonconformities, and take action on ergonomic improvements. • Monitor the performance of paint shop personnel, organize job enrichment activities, and manage polyvalence (multi-skill) processes. • Monitor and control OEE/Efficiency KPIs on the paint shop line. • Ensure that all paint shop operations are carried out with high quality and maximum efficiency. • Coordinate effectively with other departments involved in related processes. • Identify and resolve paint-related quality issues. • Contribute to continuous improvement activities. • Work in compliance with the Quality Management System.

Qualifications

• Experienced in plastic part painting processes,
• Preferably with a good command of English,
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach,
• Committed to continuous improvement and able to manage time effectively,
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems,
• For male candidates, military service must be completed.
