Job Description

The Supply Chain Specialist will drive production efficiency and maintain the integrity and accuracy of the planning function. 

The Main Tasks Will Be:

  • Ensure effective dialogue and coordination between Sales and Production teams.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of ERP system flows.
  • Manage and execute order creation and tracking within the Oracle system.
  • Lead the team in implementing necessary changes within Oracle to prevent potential shipment errors.
  • Actively utilize the Fabrika Teksas program.
  • Conduct and share weekly supplier service performance analyses; weekly follow-up and communication with subcontractors.
  • Analyze and plan material requirements (MRP) by determining the necessary quantities and materials to ensure optimum inventory levels.
  • Conduct feasibility studies across production, sales, distribution, and general business conditions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for assigned categories within the scope of responsibility.
  • Prepare and ensure the monthly/weekly/daily demand plan (demand-capacity balance).
  • Provide demand forecasts to the Production team; execute short, mid, and long-term forecasting and planning for molds/tools.
  • Archive and maintain records of all demands and forecasts.
  • Provide support to the Shipping and Warehouse departments when required.
  • Follow up on subcontractor (fason) orders with the relevant companies.
  • Verify the prices of incoming goods against the quoted price and the price stated on the delivery note and/or invoice.
  • Conduct on-site inspections of subcontractor production when necessary.
  • Control and verify vendor invoices.
  • Ensure timely and complete approval of incoming documents and forward them to the Finance department.
  • Monitor the shipment process (cargo, transport, customs) for procured products.
  • Participate in annual capacity and planning studies.
  • Continuously monitor and control the actual performance of the designated product line against targets via weekly/monthly reports, preparing gap analysis and corrective actions.
  • Ensure timely resolution of potential timeline issues and guide the teams accordingly.
  • Respond to status report requests originating from global or local stakeholders.
  • Participate in specialized Lean/Six Sigma and Kaizen projects (e.g., Inventory Reduction) within assigned product groups.
  • Adjust Purchase Orders based on insufficient or minimum stock levels when needed.
  • Ensure follow-up and completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven ability to identify and implement simple, effective business solutions.
  • Highly positive, resilient, and comfortable working under a demanding workload/fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid technical knowledge relevant to the field.
  • Strong Analytical Mindset with Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
