Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Hours: Saturday - Monday 5am-5pm (OT on Wednesdays as needed)

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and execute Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Analyze current maintenance operations to identify and drive opportunities for schedule and organizational optimization.
• Propose and contribute to the planning and execution of equipment upgrades and automation enhancements aimed at improving overall production efficiency.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance existing Preventive Maintenance (PM) processes to improve their effectiveness and efficiency.
• Lead and support development activities for team members, acting as a mentor to foster skill growth and knowledge transfer.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to maintenance technicians and support staff as required.
• Actively participate and collaborate in cross-functional teams to achieve shared operational goals and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Other Responsibilities:

Position may require some travel on very short notice. Position may also require supporting off-shift production at the Customer Locations and possibly working extended hours.

Qualifications

Education:
-Maintenance Technicians with MT1–MT4 training or equivalent qualifications (e.g., Team lead, Backup Team lead) are eligible to apply.

• Experience:
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance or technical support (preferred).
• Experience with mechanical assembly equipment (MAE) is a plus.
• Basic experience in using maintenance planning tools or systems (e.g., SAP PM OPRA) preferred.
• Basic experience in using Controls tools or systems (e.g., Step 7, TIA Portal, Simotion) preferred.
• Essential Skills:
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to read and follow technical instructions and maintenance plans.
• Basic computer skills for entering data and creating orders.
• Clear and respectful communication with team members and other departments.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently within given instructions.
• Willing to learn and follow safety and maintenance procedures.
