Job Description

Carry out pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services which includes but not limited to the following duties:

• To gain a deep understanding of Client’s stakeholders and anticipate their needs.
• To set up cost management process and ensure implementation among team.
• To attend key Client’s team meeting and provide strategic guidance on commercial matters and procurement.
• To set up and implement a value engineering culture and spot opportunities for cost savings when possible.
• To provide commercial reports to Client and steering committee
• To set up and implement change management.
• To ensure deliverables are up to standards and records of projects are correctly stored/saved.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ Quantity Surveying experience.
• Candidates with previous experience in private projects (fit out/retail) preferred.

• Excellent Communication Skill.

• Proficient in English languages both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
