Seasonal Corporate Concierge Representative

As a Seasonal Corporate Concierge Representative (SCCR) at Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria, you will stay busy. Whether it is entering orders, tracking orders or answering phone calls and emails, we will rely on you to roll up your sleeves and help wherever you are needed. Here is what you can expect on a typical day as a Corporate Concierge Representative (CCR) at Lou Malnati’s 

• You will be receiving and answering phone calls and emails, entering orders, talking to large volume corporate customers and your team.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer account and order information.
• Tracking FedEx orders.
• Taking on new tasks as needed. We all have the same goal every day: creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED, college preferred
• Passion for providing hospitality to guest and coworkers
• Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced office environment
• Strong organization, attention to detail and time management
• Excellent intrapersonal and listening skills
• Ability to compose professional, well-written emails to customers
• Advanced computer skills required (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Teams). Ability to quickly learn computer systems and processes.
• Must be dependable, with a strong sense of urgency
• Must have the ability to work independently after training
• Must be able to speak and write fluently in English

Additional Information

• Shift availability on Mondays through Fridays between 8am-8pm
• Shift availability on Saturday and Sundays between 9am-5pm
• Temporary & Full time (up to 80 hours per pay period)
• Work site: Hybrid - Remote and in-person at the Lou Malnati’s Support Center in Buffalo Grove
• Job Length: November 2024 through December 2024
