What You’Ll Do:
CoreWeave the AI Hyperscaler™, offering one of the industry’s most performant and tailored infrastructure & managed services for building & deploying accelerated computing applications. Some of the latest LLMs and Generative AI applications are built and deployed on CoreWeave.
As the Staff Product Manager for CPU Compute, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and expand our CPU product offerings, enabling customers to harness robust, efficient, and versatile compute resources that are essential components of large AI clusters. Your role will be critical in bridging technical innovation with market demand, influencing key decisions, and building products that deliver exceptional performance for a broad array of computing workloads. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for CoreWeave’s CPU Compute offerings, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and market needs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Compute domain. Use these insights to guide product development and positioning.
- Product Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and launch compute solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. Ensure that products meet high standards of quality and performance.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Gather and prioritize customer requirements and feedback to continuously improve the products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches, market positioning, and ongoing lifecycle management.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements and future direction.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in CPU compute, cloud infrastructure, or related technologies.
- Solid understanding of CPU architectures (Intel, AMD, ARM) and their performance characteristics in cloud computing environments.
- Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Preferred:
- Experience building or managing high-performance compute services at scale.
- Familiarity with AI/ML workloads and infrastructure optimization for large-scale training and inference.

The base salary range for this role is $207,000 - $275,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
