About The Role

Join Pacaso to own and elevate the buyer-facing experience (pacaso.com and native apps) that resonates with high-net-worth individuals. As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the end-to-end product execution for our buyers, ensuring it reflects the luxury and sophistication of the Pacaso brand while delivering measurable demand generation results in a fast-paced startup environment.

As an integral member of the product team, you will shape the future of Pacaso, building an unparalleled experience for our luxury buyers while working with speed and agility. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer-Centric Execution: Utilize strong customer empathy and data-driven insights to rapidly implement and iterate on product features that resonate with high-net-worth buyers, enhancing their overall experience and driving purchase decisions.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Execute the full product lifecycle from concept to launch for a seamless, high-touch buyer experience. Move quickly from insight to implementation while maintaining the luxury standards of the Pacaso brand.
  • Product Efficiency through AI: Integrate AI as a foundational element in both product experiences and daily workflow. You've proven ability to:
  • Design and ship AI-powered features that enhance personalization and engagement at scale
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate execution—from PRD creation to JIRA ticket refinement to data analysis
  • Identify opportunities where AI/ML can solve customer problems and drive conversion
  • Rapid Feature Delivery: Execute product enhancements with startup velocity—shipping weekly improvements while maintaining quality. Balance speed with sophistication to ensure every aspect of the journey captivates high-net-worth individuals and drives quality lead conversion.
  • Data-Driven Iteration: Monitor real-time customer behavior and conversion metrics, establishing KPIs and running rapid experiments. Make quick, informed decisions based on data while comfortable with 80/20 decision-making when needed.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Drive alignment across product design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ship world-class solutions quickly. Excel at unblocking teams, making trade-offs, and maintaining momentum in a dynamic environment.

The right candidate is able to provide clear examples of where they’ve: 

  1. Rapidly prototyped and shipped customer-facing features that drove measurable results
  2. Significantly impacted lead conversion rates through quick iterations and experiments
  3. Executed growth initiatives in startup timelines (days/weeks, not months)
  4. Implemented AI/ML solutions to personalize customer experiences and improve operational efficiency
  5. Elevated product features for luxury audiences while maintaining aggressive delivery schedules
  6. Used AI tools to 10x their personal productivity and execution speed

Critical Success Factors:

  • Startup DNA: Comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and wearing multiple hats. You view constraints as opportunities for creative solutions
  • AI Fluency: Daily user of AI tools for productivity; experience shipping AI-powered product features
  • Execution Velocity: Track record of shipping impactful features weekly, not quarterly
  • Scrappy Problem-Solving: Ability to find creative solutions with limited resources and tight timelines

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of driving product execution and lead conversion in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments
  • Demonstrable experience shipping AI-powered features and using AI tools to accelerate delivery
  • Experience elevating products for high-net-worth clientele while maintaining startup velocity
  • Expert knowledge of rapid experimentation and conversion optimization
  • Thrives in high-growth, ambiguous startup environments where priorities shift quickly
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • 8+ years of experience in consumer product management, with at least 3 years in startup or high-growth environments

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you'll have shipped multiple improvements to the buyer experience that are driving results (improving conversion), established a rapid experimentation framework, and demonstrated how AI can accelerate both product development and team productivity. You'll be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and moving fast while maintaining the premium quality our buyers expect.
