Principal Duties And Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for accuracy and efficiency of assigned tasks within Trust Operations
- Facilitate transaction processing for the Asset Management & Trust department such as wires, direct deposit postings, promissory payments, lockbox processing, Positive Pay, OnDemand check printing, etc.
- Generate or monitor Trust Operations reporting (could include beneficial ownership, statement research, fee invoice printing, system reports, etc.)
- Coordinate with system vendor for needed report retention and transaction postings
- Assist with user access issues including trouble shooting and password resets
- Review, process, or approve transactions, tickets, or maintenance requests
- Monitor the Trust Operations group email and various form response logs, and process assigned tasks
- Be attentive to timeliness of department deadlines, related procedural impacts to assigned duties, and risks to Cadence Bank
- Participate in team projects and be mindful of opportunities to improve efficiencies
- Serve as backup support to other Trust Operations teammates where skillset is appropriate
- Assist wherever needed as assigned by Trust Operations Manager and/or Supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years trust experience or five years banking or operational experience preferred
