The Role

We are seeking a Tech Recruitment Manager to lead our Bogotá-based tech recruiting team. You’ll manage a team of 6–8 recruiters focused on hiring world-class software engineers, product managers, data scientists, and other technical talent across the U.S. and Latin America. 

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will coach and scale a team, partner closely with engineering leadership, and help define recruiting strategies that drive our growth. 

What You’Ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6–8 tech recruiters in Bogotá. 
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies. 
• Drive accountability on hiring targets, candidate experience, and data-driven recruiting practices. 
• Build scalable processes for sourcing, interviewing, and closing technical talent. 
• Act as a culture carrier for the team—fostering collaboration, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-changing startup environment. 
• Report on progress, pipeline health, and market insights to leadership. 
• Stay close to the tech recruiting craft: while direct software engineering hiring experience is a plus, what matters most is your ability to coach, problem-solve, and drive results.

What We’re Looking For 

• Leadership experience: Proven track record managing a recruiting team (preferably in technology/engineering domains). 
• Growth mindset: Excited to work in a startup environment; comfortable with ambiguity and frequent change. 
• Recruiting expertise: Strong understanding of recruiting best practices; experience hiring software engineers is a plus, but not a dealbreaker. 
• People leader: Skilled at coaching, motivating, and developing recruiting talent. ● Execution-focused: Data-driven, organized, and able to prioritize effectively. 
• Communication skills: Strong English and Spanish; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
