• Global Accountabilities for the Role:
• 1. Safety/Environmental Continuous positive improvement to overall safety performance
• 2. Quality Scrap and rework <=8% of fully absorbed costs
• 3. Productivity Continuous positive improvement in inventory reduction, efficiency, utilization, throughput
• 4. Cost/Stewardship Work within departmental budget
• Specific Accountabilities for the Role:
• 1. Conduct daily toolbox talks and monthly safety meetings
• 2. Ensure compliance to all safety, environmental, AAP & EEO rules, regulations, and laws
• 3. Ensure compliance to plant rules and monitor/document for consistency
• 4. Scheduling of personnel and equipment including determination and filling of needed overtime
• 5. Training--ensure employees are properly trained in safety, environmental, quality, and equipment operation
• 6. Meet production goals and improve productivity
• 7. Maintain operating supplies as needed
