Executive Support Officer – NSW Trustee and Guardian

  • 1 x full time role (ongoing)
  • 1 x part-time role (3 days a week, job share)- temporary for 6 months, with a possibility of extension.
  • Location: Parramatta/Sydney CBD. Flexible and hybrid working options available.
  • Clerk Grade: 5/6. $99,938 to $110,271 per annum, plus superannuation, plus leave loading.

About The Team

The Executive Support Officer team supports the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Executive Leadership Team by providing a range of project and executive support services, including administration, finance and secretariat support. This team facilitates the delivery of business operations to ensure that the CEO and Executive Leadership Team can deliver on strategic priorities.

About The Roles

Both roles support a Senior Executive, managing their diary appointments, correspondence and travel arrangements, as well as coordinating items for approval and/or action, to facilitate the effective use of the Executive’s time. The role is also responsible for drafting and preparing correspondence, agendas, minutes and briefing notes, as well as supporting projects aligned to divisional and organisational priorities.

About You

An application is encouraged if you:

  • Have demonstrated experience in delivering executive and administrative support to Senior Executives, exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Possess excellent time management, organisational and record-keeping skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Have strong collaboration skills and can build and maintain positive relationships with Senior Executives and stakeholders across all levels.
  • Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation, as well as an ability to adapt to changing priorities. 
  • Can leverage technology and digital tools to enhance productivity and have proficiency using Microsoft Office.
