About The Job

As Head of Demand Generation, you will own the end-to-end strategy for pipeline creation. Your mission is to design and execute integrated campaigns that reach decision-makers in manufacturing and field service organizations. You’ll align tightly with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to shape our go-to-market, fuel new logo acquisition, and accelerate expansion in existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership

  • Own the global demand generation strategy, pipeline goals, and budget aligned with manufacturing and field service verticals.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to ensure coverage models, ABM programs, and campaigns map directly to revenue targets.
  • Define metrics for pipeline contribution, MQL/SQL conversion, and territory-level coverage.
  • Campaigns & Programs

  • Build integrated, multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, content, ABM, webinars) tailored to manufacturing decision-makers.
  • Develop ABM programs for global strategic accounts.
  • Operations & Analytics

  • Manage marketing automation (HubSpot) and Salesforce integration to ensure lead flow, scoring, and attribution.
  • Report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI directly to executive leadership.
  • Continuously optimize funnel conversion rates and campaign mix based on data.
  • Team Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing demand gen team, including digital, events, and ABM roles.
  • Drive a culture of experimentation, iteration, and accountability to pipeline.
  • Own the global demand generation strategy, pipeline goals, and budget aligned with manufacturing and field service verticals.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to ensure coverage models, ABM programs, and campaigns map directly to revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in B2B demand generation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of building pipeline for enterprise SaaS companies into manufacturing, industrial, or field services businesses.
  • Experience in modern digital acquisition strategies (i.e. 6sense, Clay).
  • Strong command of marketing automation, CRM, and attribution models (i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excellent collaboration skills; proven ability to align with Sales leadership and deliver measurable impact.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Bonus Points

  • Deep knowledge of the manufacturing / industrial ecosystem and buying centers.
  • Experience positioning AR or frontline enablement technology.
  • Global campaign experience (North America, Europe, APAC).
