Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead our organization’s transition to agile methodologies. This role involves mentoring teams, guiding leadership, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Agile Program Manager will work across departments to implement agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, ensuring alignment with business goals and enhancing product delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience leading large program level corporate IT initiatives required.
  • Agile Transformation knowledge required, and experience required. 
  • Guide teams through Agile transformations, helping them adopt and sustain Agile ways of working.
  • Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on Agile principles, frameworks and best practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align Agile practices with business goals and delivery outcomes.
  • Identify and remove organizational impediments that hinder Agile adoption.
  • The role will be expected to coordinate multiple large initiatives (some already started) to hit key 2025 delivery dates and beyond. These initiatives have significant interdependencies that will need to be understood, aligned, tracked and managed to ensure successful on-time completion.
  • Operates with a sense of urgency and uses sound judgement to escalate issues or develops options to work around roadblocks vs. waiting for direction.
  • Skilled at understanding complex interdependencies, tracking progress and effectively communicating with executive level leadership.
  • Define, oversee, and maintain a master timeline utilizing project management software and communicating with all impacted parties.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate needs to have very strong interpersonal skills. They need to be energetic, upbeat, a good listener, confident, approachable and flexible while bringing a diplomatic approach to solve problems and get results.
  • Stong leader capable of leading without authority
  • Proven Experience with Large Complex Programs
  • Flexible and dynamic: Comfortable with change and able to think on their feet.
  • Quick learner: Able to ramp up fast and adapt to new environments.
  • Focused on dealing with conflict and capable of crafting win-win solutions.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven planning and organizational skills
  • Experienced in fast-paced, large-scale projects: Especially within large companies
  • Experience working with distributed team and leading offshore teams is a plus.
  • Warehouse or Warehouse Automation experience is a preferred.
  • Expected onsite 3-5 days per week. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of project management experience
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong Agile Transformation Experience.  Having led Agile Transformations or performed Agile Coaching is highly preferred.

Below is the pay range of this position for considered candidates based on qualifications and experience.

Pay Range $85$95 USD
