Your Role:

We are seeking highly motivated candidates to join the Sheboygan Electronics R&D team to support the development and qualification of material used in the semiconductor industry.  The ideal candidates will have some experience in the manufacture and purification of organometallics and organosilanes.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates degree or High School diploma
• 2+ years experience as a chemical operator
• Mechanical aptitude
• Effective oral and written skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with hazardous materials and safety protocols
• Experience with process scale-up and optimization
• Working experience in a chemical plant
• Basic understanding of chemical reactions and hazards
• Excellent safety record and desire to always improve safety
• Knowledge of quality systems and ISO compliance
• Forklift experience 

Pay Range for this position: $21/hour - $37/hour​
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
