Job Description
WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As a Process and IT application specialist, you and your colleagues play an important role in meeting the departments goals.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be:
- Optimize use of logistics applications, identifying and standardizing best practices across solutions enabling different delivery options.
- As part of scrum team, you will be representing the business in refining new IT solutions.
- As part of support function, analyze and resolve system/process issues, including identifying root causes of failures.
- Identifying, creating and performing test cases.
- Maintain and expand knowledge of logistics systems to support supply chain optimization.
- Document logistics flows and best practices to ensure operational excellence.
- Analyze and recommend improvements to our logistics processes.
- Communicate changes in processes to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in IT projects and document/communicate related business processes.
- Test and implement solutions through IT projects in logistics.
- Represent logistics interests in cross-organizational IT projects.

Qualifications
What You Need To Bring
Required Skills And Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in logistics processes, IT systems, and project participation. Have been part of a scrum team or similar. Proven experience in identifying, creating and performing test cases
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in logistics IT systems and tools
- Qualifications: Background in Logistics, IT, Freight Forwarding or related fields
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment
- Travelling is to be expected for the position, as it is an international team – 20-40 days/year.
- English - communicative level (min. B2)
