Position Summary: As Regional Director, LATAM Sales you will lead the Strategic Sales function for our company initiatives. The primary role is to attract, lead, coach, and develop a team of quota-bearing Sales leaders across both business development and account management functions.

You will be directly responsible for increasing sales productivity and effectiveness while scaling the strategic sales organization. As a critical member of the Sales Leadership team, you will partner cross functionally with Enablement, L&D, Sales Ops, Marketing, Product to ensure alignment and meeting of ongoing operational needs related to our enterprise sales organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner in setting and executing the short and long-term strategy for the strategic sales organization, ensuring overachievement of defined revenue growth and retention targets.
  • Responsible for the creation and execution of a short and long-term sales pipeline to capture new and existing opportunities within the LATAM region.
  • Hire great teams, foster a culture of high performance through direct coaching of sales leadership, and effective performance management.
  • Review and analyze market opportunities and evaluate competitive and technology requirements needed to capitalize on opportunities. Understand current and future industry needs in market dynamics to deliver multiyear business deals.
  • Champion and support execution behind Strategic Account Engagements and Client Advisory Board; elevating senior relationships with critical clients.
  • Establish and maintain enterprise client relationships with senior leaders, representing Archer in an executive capacity.
  • Drive retention and growth improvements by surfacing insights related to current market dynamics, sales development opportunities, and product enhancements with key stakeholders.
  • Streamline collaboration and cross channel harmonization - partnering across Archer BUs to ensure sales alignment with overall strategy and initiatives to maximize client value.
  • Partner with HR business partners to manage human resources activity including selection, performance management, salary administration, training and development and strategic human resources planning.
  • Create strategic roadmap to drive growth within the account/portfolio and execute that plan to drive incremental revenue, manage customer negotiations, driving pricing discussions, etc.
  • Engage with horizontal and solution teams to proactively identify improvement/opportunity areas – sell cross business unit solutions to the client.
  • Expand Archer’s footprint by developing creative solutions that help solve business problems.

Requirements And Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant sales leadership experience; with a minimum of 5+ years leading large and complex teams to successful outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and market dynamics in the LATAM region.
  • Ability to travel within the LATAM region as required.
  • Proven leader with a consistent record of exceeding quota objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate quantitative analysis into actionable business strategies.
  • Extensive experience in presenting and communicating ideas to key stakeholders and conveying key concepts and ideas across all areas of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to define, build, and execute programs to drive key business initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, up to and including C-level executives.
  • Experience in contract negotiations and contract management.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and translate them into client-focused solutions.
