We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and other senior leaders across the Product organization. Reporting directly to the CPO, this role will serve as a trusted partner in optimizing executive time and priorities, ensuring alignment across product leadership, and driving operational excellence. In addition to executive support, this role will own key department rituals, contribute to department-wide operations, and support initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office, with two days per week required in-office to foster collaboration, executive partnership, and team engagement. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’Ll Do
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to the CPO, VP of Product, and senior product leaders, including complex calendar management, inbox prioritization, expense processing, and drafting executive-level communications.
- Strategic Prioritization: Partner with the CPO to manage priorities and commitments, ensuring focus on the most critical initiatives.
- Own key department meetings and rituals, including:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of quarterly business reviews and other strategic cadences.
- Prepare agendas, materials, and executive briefings, ensuring outcomes and action items are well-documented and communicated.
- Support leadership meetings, roadmap reviews, department all-hands and offsites, and ELT-level events.
- Operations Support: Collaborate closely with product leadership on operational processes, documentation, reporting, and process improvements that enhance team performance.
- Project & Task Management: Track high-visibility projects and cross-functional initiatives, providing updates and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Communication Coordination: Draft, refine, and distribute sensitive communications while maintaining confidentiality and executive tone.
- Travel & Logistics: Manage complex domestic and international travel, balancing efficiency, cost, and executive preferences.
- Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholders, acting as a liaison on behalf of the CPO and Product leadership team.
- Culture & Engagement: Drive cultural initiatives, team-building events, and engagement activities across the Product organization.
- Hiring & Talent Support: Partner with recruiting and executives to coordinate interview loops, candidate evaluations, and culture-add assessments.
- Special Projects: Take ownership of ad hoc initiatives and departmental priorities, contributing to continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of quarterly business reviews and other strategic cadences.

- Support leadership meetings, roadmap reviews, department all-hands and offsites, and ELT-level events.
What You’Ll Bring
- 7+ years of executive administrative experience, including at least 3 years supporting C-level executives in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to act as a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor to executive leadership.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a record of managing QBRs, operational cadences, and executive-level reporting.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), including experience drafting executive correspondence and presentations.
- High discretion, professionalism, and judgment in handling confidential information.
- Expertise with collaboration and productivity platforms: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project/task management tools (e.g., Jira, or similar).
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, resolve challenges, and improve processes.
- Strong relationship-building and influence skills across executives, teams, and stakeholders.
- Commitment to a hybrid model, with consistent in-office presence two days per week in Oakland.
