Summary:   Provides guidance to the organization on routine quality issues. Coordinates, monitors, and reports on quality-related activities of the organization. Serves as document and record control administrator and coordinates training for managers and staff.

The essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

Internal quality oversight activities

  • Prepares internal audit plans, conducts quality audits and prepares audit reports.
  • Customer satisfaction tracking.
  • Maintains training records.

Record Keeping

  • CAPA records, calibration records, maintenance records, and supplier evaluation records.
  • Supplier NDAs and corrective actions
  • Supplier performance monitoring
  • Receiving inspection records
  • Training records
  • Customer satisfaction records

Reporting

  • CAPA status reports: monthly
  • Customer satisfaction reporting: quarterly
  • Supplier performance reports: monthly
  • Collecting data for and preparing QMR presentations

Qms Maintenance

  • Process documentation development and updates.
  • Document Control.
  • Ensuring integrity of QMS process documents.
  • Assist in maintenance of product development processes.
  • ECO release.

Supervisory Needs And Responsibilities:

  • Minimal supervision: An individual will receive general guidance and oversight but is largely expected to work autonomously.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or liberal arts field, OR
  • Associate’s degree (or two years of college courses) in a technical or liberal arts field plus two years’ work experience, OR
  • Four years’ experience in a quality role

Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret quality and regulatory documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to make effective presentations on quality-related training topics. Ability to represent ALTEN Technology from a quality perspective. Ability to speak effectively in front of a group. Ability to articulate one’s position to others. Ability to communicate with employees in all departments of the organization.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve broad and complex problems that relate to the company’s wellbeing which have financial, staffing, and budget implications.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook, SharePoint).

Certificates and Licenses: Certification in quality management, quality engineering, or quality auditing is beneficial.

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
