About The Role:
At Camunda, we’re on a mission to help organizations automate and improve their most critical processes — and we’re growing fast. As our next Enterprise Account Executive for France, you’ll play a key role in driving that growth across industries like Retail, Public Services, Telecommunications, and BFSI. This fully remote role is more than a sales job, it’s an opportunity to shape how leading enterprises adopt agentic automation and process orchestration at scale. You’ll partner closely with customer stakeholders, internal teams, and strategic partners to make a lasting impact on businesses undergoing true transformation. And you’ll do it all within a supportive, high-trust team that values autonomy, transparency, and purpose-driven growth.
What You'Ll Be Doing:
- Own and drive the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing strategic deals with large enterprises in France
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partners to co-create compelling customer value
- Educate the market on the power of agentic automation and end-to-end process orchestration, tailored to industry-specific needs
- Forecast accurately, manage pipeline with discipline, and contribute to a winning sales culture of accountability and collaboration
- Be a trusted advisor and thought partner to your customers, helping them turn complex transformation goals into real-world impact
What You Bring:
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong track record of closing complex B2B deals
- Fluent French and strong business-level English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Proven experience engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels, including C-level and technical audiences
- Ability to sell into large enterprises with a consultative, value-based sales approach
- Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment

- Experience selling automation, workflow, AI/ML, or integration platforms
- Familiarity with the verticals we serve: Retail, BFSI, Telecom, Public Sector

What We Have To Offer:
Compensation
We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.
The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:
- United States: $244,600.00 to $394,400.00
- Germany: €158,000.00 to €261,400.00
- United Kingdom: £153,600.00 to £252,600.00
- Singapore: S$303,800.00 to S$455,700.00
