We’re looking for a Financial Controller & Reporting Specialist to deliver accurate financial insights, support strategic decisions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!

Location: Porto

🚀 What You’Ll Do:

• Produce timely and accurate management control reports for Head Office.
• Drive forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Monitor and analyze headcount and expenses (actual vs. forecast/budget).
• Deliver regulatory reports in line with local compliance standards.
• Implement controls and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate across Finance and other teams to validate data and improve processes.
• Support top management with ad hoc analysis and insights.

QualificaçõEs

🛠️ What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, or Accounting.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel expertise (including Power Query, automation, and file optimization).

Fluent in English.

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
