We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our Houston team. This role plays a key part in ensuring every client receives the highest level of service and support. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams—managing communication, coordinating projects, and maintaining strong relationships built on trust and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs and resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and follow-ups to support client success.
  • Support the implementation of service improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client service, customer relations, or administrative support.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems.
  • A proactive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
