Clearance:
•Public Trust clearance requires a background investigation (BI) and entry on duty (EOD) status. This must be applied for upon acceptance of employment offer. Candidates with existing or recently completed Public Trust background investigations are preferred.
Responsibilities/Duties: •Coordinate and assist with deployment and support activities.•Maintain systems configuration and manage the installation and integration of system fixes, upgrades and enhancements.•Administer Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) application tier•Patch application tier using utilities like adpatch and AD Online Patching (ADOP)•Clone EBS environments •Familiar with Oracle Applications Manager (OAM)•Assist in preparing and providing custom reports from the application as requested•Participate in design meetings with other projects and the client’s technical specialists•Provide support for downstream testing efforts and defect resolution•Work with other agile teams to effectively design, build, and deliver cloud-based solutions•Work with other teams to coordinate integration testing across multiple (more than 3) teams•Participate in daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint demos, and other agile ceremonies •Oracle DBA experience (19c pluggable database) •Software installation; Patching; Upgrades •Work with Oracle support on issues and bug fixes •Manage tablespaces •Account management •Performance tuning •Troubleshooting database and debugging PLSQL•Oracle E-Business Suite •Software installation; Patching; Upgrades •Oracle Access manager •Oracle Internet Directory •SSO integration with ICAM •Oracle reports •WebLogic •AWS •EC2 •Backup and recovery •VPC •Security group management •Operating Systems •Linux administration high level •Accounts management •Shell scripting Required Qualifications:
•6+ years of development experience in the Information Technology field•3+ years of experience with the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), including Oracle EBS 12.x•Experience upgrading Oracle E-Business Suite•Experience with Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Internet Directory, and WebLogic•Experience with disaster recovery planning and procedures•Experience working in an Agile environment•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills•Strong communication skills•Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the Information Technology field focusing on development projects using DevSecOps and AWS cloud environments with experience in AI/ML•Experience working in AWS, software containerization and Agile development processes. •Three (3) years of specific software engineering experience related to front-end and back-end applications and/or data services.•Experience in large scale, high performance enterprise big data application deployment and solution architecture on complex heterogeneous environments in AWS.•Experience with full stack engineering (defined as proficient in database development/integration as well as server and client application development/integration), including three (3) years of experience deploying production enterprise applications in AWS.•Experience with automation and engineering tasks, AI/ML implementation, data, infrastructure/operations, and security engineer tasks in USCIS cloud environments.
Desired Qualifications•Experience with Red Hat Linux, software containerization, and AI/ML•Experience with Oracle's cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications•Familiarity with barcode standards, including configuration of Data Field Identifiers (DFI), an understanding of handheld Radio Frequency (RF) and mobile devices for IOS, using QR codes
