About The Role
We’re hiring a Customer Experience Rep to guide prospects through thoughtful product evaluations, run high-quality demos, and help convert net new business across both Userflow and Beamer. You'll also work with existing customers, helping them solve problems and expand their use of our products.
This isn’t a typical “sales” role. You won’t find a script, a quota-hammer, or a high-pressure close process here. Instead, we’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about customers, understands the value of a great user experience, and wants to help people solve real problems using our products.
You’ll work closely with the leadership team and cross-functional teams to drive value for both the business and our users, balancing customer advocacy with business growth.

What You’Ll Do
- Run live, consultative product demos for qualified inbound prospects
- Understand prospect needs and guide them through the evaluation journey
- Own the full “sales-assisted” motion from first call to close
- Help improve how we educate, activate, and onboard new customers
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and CS to close the loop on what users need
- Influence messaging, onboarding, and overall customer experience
You Might Be A Fit If You…
- Have 1–4 years experience in SaaS (sales, CS, onboarding, or support)
- Are personable, smart, curious, and outcome-oriented
- Care about doing what’s right for the customer and the company
- Communicate clearly and confidently without overselling
- Are excited by startups and small teams, not scared of them
- Want your work to matter, not just “hit a number”
Bonus Points
- You’ve worked in product-led or self-serve SaaS
- You’ve used tools like Intercom, Mixpanel, Userflow, or Loom
- You’ve worn multiple hats in a startup before
