Support the Squad Lead to plan tasks required for delivery of Quest
Support identification and interpretation of data/ reports/ research results
Document and refine product specifications (documentation of deliverables of squad)
Prepare reports/presentations based on the analysis for external & internal communications
Source and analyze data for the creation of baseline, future state costs, FTE, process maps and any other analysis required for mission
Examine ways to better understand customer needs and potential improvement of team performance via data capture and analysis
Lead and manage a team of two (2) Partnership Merchant Acquisition team member to drive daily merchant prospecting, onboarding, and CASA account acquisition.
Set clear acquisition targets and utilization goals aligned with the broader business strategy to grow the merchant base and increase CASA deposit contribution through partnership collaboration.
Oversee team execution across all sales stages – including lead generation, merchant engagement, solution pitching, acceptance, onboarding, and activation.
Design and implement territory coverage plans and market walk strategies to optimize field productivity and merchant reach.
Monitor team pipelines, track performance metrics, and ensure timely reporting on key indicators such as number of merchants onboarded, CASA opened, and active usage.
Conduct joint field visits with team members to provide coaching, solve challenges on-ground, and ensure sales quality and process adherence.
Drive post-onboarding engagement initiatives to ensure merchants are actively utilizing RHB payment solutions and that settlement accounts (CASA) are transacting regularly.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Product, Fulfilment & Operations, Risk, Legal) to expedite onboarding processes, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure seamless merchant experience.
Deliver market feedback and insights gathered from the ground to influence product development, merchant propositions, and competitive positioning.
Ensure compliance to bank policies and regulatory guidelines, while empowering the team to act decisively in field situations.
Identify training needs and develop team capabilities through coaching, refreshers, and best-practice sharing.
Lead weekly team stand-ups, progress reviews, and campaign planning meetings, fostering a strong performance culture and collaboration within the team.
