Tolling Direct Deal Team Manager (Temporary Opportunity up to 9 months)

In This Role, You'Ll:

This role will see you lead the delivery of key toll reform initiatives, working at the intersection of public policy and commercial strategy and advice. You will broker innovative solutions to support complex direct negotiations with toll road concessionaires, in a dynamic and high-stakes environment. You’ll guide a high-performing team, collaborate across disciplines, and shape outcomes that support the NSW Government’s toll reform agenda.

You will navigate a complex commercial landscape, build trusted relationships, and deliver strategic advice that drives impactful reform in a fast-paced, evolving context.

Fixed-Term full time positions available, based at our Sydney CBD office.

About You

Your strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and leadership experience across infrastructure, finance, or legal sectors will see you thrive in this role. You’re recognised for your ability to manage complex stakeholders engagements and negotiations, manage risk, and deliver outcomes under pressure. You bring a depth of understanding and experience in commercial and financial matters, managing project risks and managing complex financial and policy information.

You thrive in fast-paced environments and can lead a team to juggle competing priorities without losing sight of the big picture.

You’re a trusted advisor, a collaborative leader, and a proactive problem-solver—ready to make a meaningful impact on toll reform in NSW.
