Compliance Adjudication Officer (Up to 6 Months Temporary Opportunity)

In This Role:

You'll be working as part of a team delivering road safety to the users of NSW roads.

This role will see you ensure safety on NSW roads by conducting image verification and investigations across multiple camera programs to enable enforcement actions to be applied in accordance with policies and procedures.

You will review and analyse enforcement compliance images and provide adjudication services for regulatory and compliance enforcement systems in an environment which is under constant community, media and political scrutiny.

Please note that this is a temporary Fixed Term Opportunity until March 2026 and that you are required to attend the office in Parramatta 5 days pw.

About You

Your excellent eye for detail, ability to interpret and apply legislation, and your excellent communication skills, formed across government or regulatory organisations or industries where you may have developed your customer service skills and ability to adhere to guidelines, will see you excel in this role leading to ensure the success of the team.

You're recognised as team player skilled at handling high volumes of work while being flexible and adaptable to changing requirements. You will be experienced in customer service and stakeholder management and these along with your strong computer skills will equip you well for this role.
