Marketing (Car) Assistant - Undergraduate Placement - Burton on Trent, UK

A year placement is available within our Marketing department.  Main duties will include:

• Working as part of the Pirelli Car Marketing team.
• Assisting the Trade & Consumer Marketing Manager with related marketing activities.
• Controlling the Pirelli activation calendar (simulators, hospitality units, etc) – managing bookings, pricing and liaising with invested individuals/customers.
• Controlling the Pirelli Portfolio clothing range – restocking, selling, pricing and stock control.
• Assisting both the Pirelli Car & Motorsport divisions for key events.
• Assisting with the planning and implementation of Pirelli Performance Centre and Car Club events.
• Assisting with the planning and implantation of company wide Family Day events.
• Taking responsibility for a work-based project.
• General marketing duties, including administrational support for both the Car and Motorsport divisions.

Please note, for this role a full clean driving license is essential. 

We consider the placement student to be an integral part of the Marketing team.  You will be in regular contact with both suppliers and customers and therefore appearance and manner is crucial to your success.
