Job Description:

Blue Water Thinking is seeking a Technical SME to provide guidance in hands on and remote support during pre-deployment operations across multiple sites. This role ensures seamless identification and preparedness of systems integration, Escalated and resolves complex technical issues in real time, and coordinates with on-site teams to prepare for operational readiness and performance standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Serves as the primary technical advisor during pre-deployment.
• Collaborates with cross functional teams to align pre-deployment activities with operational goals and maintains technical documentation and provides feedback to improve deployment processes.
• Plans, designs, and oversees deployment of complex enterprise-wide or large scale information architectures including computer hardware and software, operating systems, middleware, communications hardware and software, and security components.
• Ensures these systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for open systems architectures as they apply to the implementation and specification of complex information management solutions. 

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT or healthcare technology projects
• Experience planning, designing, and deploying complex enterprise IT architectures
• Skilled in system integration, interface identification, and open systems architecture compliance
• Ability to track costs, schedules, performance, and risks
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or +8 years of relevant experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

• VA experience
• Experience implementing Electronic Health Records

Salary range: $110,000 – $125,000
