This position will be based out of our Modesto, California facility with an option for occassional telecommuting. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.

As a Senior Platform Analyst, you’ll thrive on tackling complex challenges, using your analytical skills to elicit and document requirements, manage projects, and translate business needs into IT deliverables. Whether it’s managing incidents, conducting trainings, or leading product marketing initiatives, your contributions will empower stakeholders and enhance platform adoption across the organization.

From hosting key meetings to performing hands-on administrative activities, you’ll be a trusted advisor who drives results. With a strong working knowledge of business processes, you’ll use your problem-solving skills to identify gaps, optimize workflows, and quantify project benefits in business terms.

What You'Ll Need
- Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of IT or business analysis experience; OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, Math, Systems Engineering, or Data Sciences plus 3 years of IT or business analysis experience; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of IT or business analysis experience.
- Full understanding of Agile methodologies and ITSM processes such as incident, problem, and change management.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
How You'll Stand Out
- Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of IT or business analysis experience; OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, Math, Systems Engineering, or Data Sciences plus 5 years of IT or business analysis experience; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 10 years of IT or business analysis experience.
- Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements.
- Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analysis techniques.
- Highly proficient in basic office applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Proficient in SQL
- Experience with Supply Planning Systems
- Experience with SAP IBP
- Experience with SAP S4 or ECC
- Experience with S4 Hana Database
- Experience with data integration concepts
