From hosting key meetings to performing hands-on administrative activities, you’ll be a trusted advisor who drives results. What You'Ll Need

• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of IT or business analysis experience; OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, Math, Systems Engineering, or Data Sciences plus 3 years of IT or business analysis experience; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of IT or business analysis experience.
• Full understanding of Agile methodologies and ITSM processes such as incident, problem, and change management.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out

• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of IT or business analysis experience; OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, Math, Systems Engineering, or Data Sciences plus 5 years of IT or business analysis experience; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 10 years of IT or business analysis experience.
• Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements.
• Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analysis techniques.
• Highly proficient in basic office applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Proficient in SQL
• Experience with Supply Planning Systems
• Experience with SAP IBP
• Experience with SAP S4 or ECC
• Experience with S4 Hana Database
• Experience with data integration concepts
