Your career is an investment that grows over time!
Wealthsimple is on a mission to help everyone achieve financial freedom by reimagining what it means to manage your money. Using smart technology, we take financial services that are often confusing, opaque and expensive and make them transparent and low-cost for everyone. We’re the largest fintech company in Canada, with over 4 million users who trust us with more than $80 billion in assets.
Our teams ship often and make an impact with groundbreaking ideas. We're looking for talented people who keep it simple and value collaboration and humility as we continue to create inclusive and high-performing teams where people can be inspired to do their best work.
About this role
We are seeking a skilled Content & Marketing Operations Manager to provide end-to-end oversight of marketing content within our CMS for wealthsimple.com, as well as execution, while also developing processes and systems that enable our broader marketing team to work more effectively.
As a Content & Marketing Operations Manager, you will serve as the central hub connecting marketing strategy with digital execution. You'll work closely with marketing leads, designers, and copywriters to produce and publish content changes on Wealthsimple's website while simultaneously providing comprehensive operations oversight to the Dotcom function as part of the Marketing Operations Team. This includes content strategy and guidance, intake and prioritization of cross-functional requests, creative resource management, content performance analysis, establishing best practices, and strategic project management—all while maintaining rigorous quality standards and compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a background in web content management and experience working with a large-scale content management system, preferably Contentful. We're looking for someone with project management skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to advocate for best practices while balancing multiple priorities. You should be comfortable managing expectations at all levels of the organization, maintaining the integrity of the site while collaboratively finding solutions that meet business needs, and have a strong eye for detail with the ability to move quickly to meet tight deadlines.
We’re a remote-first team, with over 1,000 employees coast to coast in North America. Be a part of our Canadian success story and help shape the financial future of millions — join us!
