The Executive Assistant reports to the Chief Executive Officer and performs administrative assistance necessary for the smooth operation of the administrative aspects of the Chief Executive Officer’s office. Manages and oversees all day-to-day administrative functions, scheduling of appointments, meetings, social engagements, and communication activities for the Chief Executive Officer.

Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm

  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Acts as liaison with senior management, other direct reports of the CEO, boards and committee members and others both internal and external to the organization
  • Helps establish and maintain positive relationships with outside entities and individuals, boards and committee members, and staff
  • Performs the role of recorder for organizational meetings including governing all boards and committees and fulfills all requirements thereof, including coordinating and preparing materials for meetings, taking and transcribing minutes, and handling of all follow-ups from the meetings as required or requested by Chief Executive Officer. Arranges conference room reservation, setup, and meals and/or refreshments
  • Implements and monitors requirements of regulatory entities as they pertain to corporate structure and other routine operational matters related to governance and/or administration. Tracks and monitors compliance with organizational bylaws and board regulations
  • Coordinates the schedule of the Chief Executive Officer and makes appropriate arrangements for meetings and out-of-the-area travel
  • Expedites the flow of work through the Chief Executive Officer’s office.  Maintains a file on general duties and assignments of those reporting to the Chief Executive Officer relating to deadlines and assignments to properly direct inquiries and monitor deadlines

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent from four-year college; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience as a senior level executive assistant

Pay Range:

$105K - $145K annually
