As People Experience Coordinator, you will join the team that creates and maintains a healthy company culture by helping operate and support all HR-related processes as well as assist the general human resources. The position requires a high level of responsibility and autonomy, as it will be remote. The ability to self-manage, organize, and meet objectives without constant supervision will be valued.
What You'Ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries and escalate to the team as necessary.
- Coordinate and execute the onboarding cycle for all new joiners in the US from offer paperwork thru the first 90 days of employment.
- Coordinate and execute the terminations process ensuring all employees have a smooth offboarding experience.
- Provide processing support to assigned business units with all transactions during the employee life cycle.
- Maintain, administer, and develop accurate HR records electronically and on HR systems to ensure compliance with legislation.
- Produce reports for HR analysis and any other HR related functions.
- Maintain team trackers and support HRBPs with projects as required.
- Track and maintain all employee data including but not limited to organizational charts, temporary employees, interns, anniversaries, etc.
Who You Are:
- 2-3 years of Human Resources experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business administration, Psychology.
- You are highly proficient in English and Spanish.
- You are highly organized and report/process oriented.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Excel, experience including: creating pivot reports and charts/graphs partnered with analytical and problem-solving experience.
- You are communicative and take initiative on tasks at hand.
- Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and offboarding).
- Experience working on projects focused on the enhancement of the employee lifecycle through process improvements, automation, data & insights.
