Level 1 Support- Quality Documentation Specialist

We are now hiring a Level 1 Support-Quality Documentation Specialist in Long Beach, CA. Schedule is Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm, this is a 6-month contract. Apply today for serious consideration!

Responsibilities:

• Support NC processing by drafting and updating statements and ensuring documentation accuracy.
• Provide light MRB support, interfacing with engineering to release or lock up inventory as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure traceability for MRB actions and NC dispositions.
• Communicate effectively across departments to resolve discrepancies and support timely closure of nonconformances.
• Utilize company-provided devices and systems; training will be provided

Skills And Qualifications:

• Experience with quality documentation, MRB, or nonconformance processes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and quality teams in a dynamic environment.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check and be ITAR compliant
