What You Will Do Full Set Accounting & Financial Operations

• Independently manage full sets of accounts for 1–2 entities, ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings.
• Handle daily accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and management reports for review by senior management.
• Conduct variance analysis, highlight key financial insights, and support strategic business decisions.
• Support group consolidation and intercompany reconciliations when required.

Audit, Tax, and Compliance

• Liaise independently with external auditors, tax agents, and banks to resolve queries promptly.
• Prepare and review audit schedules and statutory filings in accordance with IRAS and ACRA requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of GST, corporate tax, and other statutory reports.

Financial Planning & Control

• Support budgeting and forecasting exercises; assist in cost control and efficiency analysis.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and internal control processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve accounting systems (e.g., automation, system integration).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with business units to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting.
• Collaborate with FP&A and management teams on financial data analysis and performance tracking.

  Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience, including hands-on full-set accounting.
• Solid understanding of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and corporate tax requirements.
• Experience liaising with auditors, IRAS, and banks in Singapore.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. NetSuite, Xero, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong sense of ownership, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English.
