DoorDash’s New Verticals organization is accelerating one of our strategic pillars — DashMart, our first-party grocery and convenience delivery offering. We’re building and scaling new ways to delight our customers, leveraging DoorDash platform capabilities. The DashMart Fulfillment Services team brings the full power of DashMart to customers with new use cases and new lines of business that operate within our real estate. About The Role
As an Associate Manager you will lead the growth of DashMart Fulfillment Services grocer partnerships by scoping, launching and managing the performance of a number strategic projects. You will lead a team that’s primary objective is to expand existing partnerships, explore and win new business, and maintain high quality operations within live and launching partnerships. You will work cross-functionally to achieve these business goals, including but not limited to the following:
- Iterate on customer-facing merchandising strategies using data-based insights
- Drive operational improvements within fulfillment centers in partnership with DashMart operational leadership
- Explore and launch new real estate strategies in partnership with our real estate and finance teams
- Iterate on partnership assortment strategies in partnership with DashMart’s Category Management team
You will report into the Senior Manager, DashMart Fulfillment Services on the DashMart Fulfillment Services team within the New Verticals organization.

- Manage and grow external partnerships - delivering positive outcomes from small day-to-day details to large-scale new strategic initiatives.
- Lead strategic cross-functional work; coordinating across multiple teams to meet business objectives, root cause problems, and develop creative, long-lasting solutions.
- Obsess over delivering positive customer outcomes; utilizing analytics, cross-functional insights, and warehouse feedback to drive improvements for customers nationwide.
- Proactively improve processes and supply chains for retail partners and customers, while achieving positive financial outcomes.
We’Re Excited About You Because…
- You have experience managing external relationships from an operational perspective, collaborating with external partners on ways to grow and improve business partnerships.
- You have strong communication skills and can tailor your communications to meet the intended audience. Audiences for this role may include prospective clients, warehouse managers, internal executives, and cross-functional teams.
- You have strong cross-functional skills and have experience leading large cross-functional projects spanning 10+ teams in short durations (>8 weeks).
- You have a track record of success launching and maintaining new and ambiguous projects within your strategic expertise.
- You have experience working with financial data and teams and possess strong business acumen.
- You have a track record of leading and growing high performing teams.
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in business, analytics, finance, supply chain management, or a related field.
- You have 4-6+ years of professional experience in tech, strategy & operations, supply chain, retail management, operational leadership, or a similar field.
We expect this position to be filled by 12/6/2025.
Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
