• Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop AI Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to explore new business capabilities and validate use cases.
• Iterate on prototypes to evolve them into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Implement and optimize Multi-Component Pipelines (MCPs) and intelligent agents using AWS Bedrock and other cloud services.
• Collaborate closely with product, data, and machine learning teams to identify opportunities and drive projects from experimental stages to real-world deployment.
• Ensure the quality, security, and scalability of solutions prior to adoption.
• Document and standardize AI architecture patterns for reuse across teams and projects.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with AWS services, particularly AWS Bedrock.
• Deep understanding of Multi-Component Pipelines (MCPs) and AI Agents.
• Proficiency in Python for developing AI applications and prototypes.
• Experience with Java in the context of building and managing MCPs.
• Ability to work on fast-paced PoCs and evolve them into scalable, production-ready implementations.

Nice-To-Have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows. 
• Experience in MLOps, including CI/CD for ML workflows, monitoring, automated retraining, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience applying Machine Learning in production environments.
• Contribution to scalable architectures for generative AI and autonomous agents
