A Day in the LifeIn this role, you’ll be part of a small, high-performing strategy team exploring what’s next for PEXA, from new market opportunities to innovative applications of our digital property infrastructure. You’ll spend your days analysing data, building business cases, and helping shape ideas into actionable initiatives. Some days you’ll be deep in Excel or Power BI, modelling the potential of a new market. Other days you’ll be collaborating with Product, Finance, or Technology to translate strategy into delivery. You’ll prepare materials that inform senior decisions, support key workstreams, and gain exposure to executive stakeholders. It’s a hands-on role where curiosity, rigour and initiative are valued, and where your work will directly influence how PEXA grows. About the RoleThe Strategy Associate supports the Strategy Manager and GM, New Business & Strategy, to evaluate, design, and deliver new growth initiatives for PEXA. It’s an opportunity to apply strong analytical skills and commercial thinking to projects that extend PEXA’s market reach and customer impact.
Key capabilities for success:· Analytical and problem-solving skills - ability to structure problems, analyse data, and draw clear, evidence-based insights.· Commercial and financial acumen - strong grasp of commercial drivers and experience building financial models or business cases.· Project delivery support - confident managing workstreams, meeting deadlines, and tracking progress across initiatives.· Communication and stakeholder engagement - prepares clear, compelling presentations and works effectively with cross-functional teams. Success in your first 6–12 months will look like:· Delivering high-quality analysis and insight that shapes strategic recommendations.· Taking ownership of defined workstreams within larger strategic projects.· Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Product, Marketing, and Technology.· Demonstrating growing confidence and independence in supporting strategic decision-making.
