The Senior Manager, Clinic Operations will oversee day-to-day operations for Prenuvo’s London clinic, ensuring seamless execution across clinical, compliance and operations. This leader will be accountable for ensuring CQC readiness and ongoing compliance, managing clinic financial and operational performance, building patient and partner relationships, and leading a high-performing team. This role requires strong operational leadership with previous experience of managing a private healthcare organisation within the UK, exceptional team management skills, regulatory expertise and operational excellence..
This is an on-site, permanent position. Our clinic operating hours will be determined by the demand in this location's area - we will be open Monday to Sunday, subject to change.

What You'Ll Do
Clinical Operations & Leadership
- Lead all aspects of daily clinic operations to ensure seamless, safe, and efficient service delivery.
- Build and manage a high-performing multidisciplinary team (Advanced Nurse Practitioners, MR Radiographers, Patient Liaisons).
- Maintain exceptional patient experience standards aligned with Prenuvo’s global brand.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, professionalism, and operational rigour.
Regulatory & Compliance (CQC)
- In partnership with Clinical Leader continually ensure full CQC compliance across all regulated activities.
- Lead preparation and ongoing readiness for CQC inspections, audits, and external evaluations.
- Uphold data governance, safety protocols, and clinical standards.
Operational & Financial Management
- Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and procurement to optimise operational efficiency.
- Track and analyse KPIs; implement performance
- Recommend and build clinic operational plans where needed.
Sales, Growth & Business Development
- Drive patient volume and revenue growth through local outreach, community engagement, and physician partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute patient acquisition strategies tailored to the UK market.
What You'Ll Bring
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience in private healthcare clinic management, ideally in a high-end clinical setting.
- Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-quality patient services.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards, governance frameworks, and UK healthcare compliance.
- Commercially savvy with experience managing budgets, business growth, and service delivery KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice To Have
- Previous clinical background (e.g., radiography, nursing, physiotherapy) with registration (e.g., HCPC, NMC) – highly desirable but not essential.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified
- Experience launching or scaling new clinics or services.
- Familiarity with whole-body MRI or diagnostic imaging environments.
